Welcome to the E Broadband Services Alliance (EBSALL). We are a 501(C)3, non-profit organization that is focused on providing broadband services to under-served and un-served markets. We are a diversified group of technology and services companies whose combined resources are being leveraged to deploy broadband infrastructure and services in a variety of under-served and un-served markets as defined by NTIA and USDA: Mid-Rural, Rural, Exceptionally Rural areas and Urban.E Broadband Services Alliance (EBSALL) focuses on insuring that all sectors of local economies have access to broadband, thereby supporting:
Education for K-12 students and adult re-training;
Enterprise solutions for business economic and employment growth;
Enforcement and unified communications solutions for public safety and security;
Empowerment of government agencies and leaders;
Engagement of citizens in civic, social and entrepreneurial networking; and
Entertainment for consumers and other value added application services.
Broadband infrastructure and value added application services, provided through the collaborative teamwork of EBSALL member companies and organizations, is a critical component for reinvigorating the economies of markets that arguably have suffered disproportionately in the current economic downturn. At perhaps no other time in our economic history has it been more important to leverage resources in order to provide effective and efficient solutions to address pressing economic infrastructure needs. EBSALL and its members are deploying leading edge broadband technologies to support the delivery of economic empowering communications services to under-served and un-served markets. Wireless technologies such as WiMAX and other emerging solutions will be used to build broadband infrastructure that will power economic growth in areas that need it most.
EBSALL was formed to enable independent EBS Licensees, ISPs, WISPs and other local operators to secure resources needed to provide more modern infrastructure for its constituents and customers. EBSALL also provides an organizational framework that supports public advocacy on behalf of its members. The combined resources of EBSALL members are being leveraged to create the benefits of scale and scope that ultimately create substantial economic benefits for the business, consumer, education, local government and other constituents that are served by EBSALL members.
